how it work?
Very simply ! After downloading the application for free from the stores. An Internet connection is enough!
1. I ACCESS THE VISIO ON THE APP
In the video tab of my application, I access the profile of each healthcare professional.
Come discover them and their specialty!
2. I CHOOSE THE PROFESSIONAL
You will then access a description of the professional and will be able to access their calendar to make an appointment.
3. I CHOOSE MY APPOINTMENT
I choose based on the pro’s availability and my needs. I will receive confirmation of the appointment by email as well as the steps to proceed with payment for the session.
4. I CAN CONTACT THE PROFESSIONAL BY CHAT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
5. I DO MY VIDEOCONSULTATION
At the appointment time, I log in to my account and join the video consultation. It’s faster than a trip to the office and more efficient than a phone call! I can therefore access French practitioners in different specialties wherever I am and at a time that suits me !

The prices of
our consultations
The price of a video consultation varies depending on the professional chosen. It is not included in the 9moisetplus subscription. Teleconsultations may be covered by certain insurance companies.
Once your appointment is made on the app, you will receive a payment link by email to confirm your reservation.
Videoconsultation with a midwife costs £60/€70.
